Whitelight - Venue Reservations

Founded in 1971, complete production solution specialist White Light began life in the world of theatre lighting. Over the years it has successfully expanded its services into audio and video and now has a team of over 170 staff. In the past few years in particular, the company has established itself as a forerunner in the world of events, having worked with Venue Reservations on many occasions.

This year alone has seen the company provide its services in several renowned venues such as the British Museum, the National Gallery, the Natural History Museum and Westminster College Gardens. As well as being an approved supplier for the Unique Venues of London, White Light frequently works at the Historic Royal Palaces and is the new production service partner at Central Hall Westminster. Alicia Earls, White Light’s Business Development Manager, comments: “We are in a great position at White Light. Not only can we provide the most stunning lighting for events, but we can offer all production solutions.

“Earlier this year we formed a dedicated audio department before acquiring Shock Solutions; a company specialising in AV. As seen with the recent Audrey Hepburn exhibition evening held at the National Portrait Gallery, we can now apply all of these skills to create a very special evening.”

White Light also recently held a wireless roadshow which saw the company showcase its extensive technology – designed to elevate any event – at locations such as the Tower of London, Middle Temple and the Science Museum.

What this means is that White Light has now established itself as an organisation that will not only fulfil any client’s production requirements but ensure that these are exceeded. Alicia comments: “We are in a fantastic position of having so many resources and an unparalleled range of equipment. As shown on numerous occasions we can adapt to any space – whether this is a modern structure or a historic London venue – and bring any event to life. We are always on the lookout for new clients and to embrace any brief we are given.”
