Here is a behind the scenes insight into who works at Venue Reservations – one of the fastest growing venue finding service providers in London.

Hannah Wright – Venue Sales Executive

Hannah is our bubbly Scottish lass who moved to London 2 years ago from Glasgow. Having worked in Venue Reservations for over a year she is our fountain of knowledge when it comes to finding the perfect venue for your event.

Hannah LOVES food so when it comes to pairing one of our fantastic event venues with one of our amazing catering services, you know you are in the best hands.

She loves the outdoors, so summer parties are right up her street. Funnily enough, street food is also her thing. Summer BBQ’s, cocktail receptions and interactive food stations (which are becoming a top trend for this year’s enquiries), Hannah will find it all to help make your event planning a breeze.

Hannah’s favourite London event venue is The Lookout. This spot has plenty of outdoor space and is the perfect location being in the middle of Hyde Park. The potential for your event at this venue is endless. It takes you away from the hustle and bustle of central London and places you in a festival feel surrounding.


Natasha Hattingh – Agency and Event Manager

Natasha or Tash (her nickname) is our newbie on the block but has settled in like the part of furniture at Venue Reservations’ venue finding team. Bringing to the team a wealth of experience in the industry, her passion is building and maintaining all agency relationships for Venue Reservations.

Natasha LOVES meeting new people and is always out and about in London. So, for any new agencies that want to be a part of our buzz and work with us, Natasha is your girl. She will ensure that any enquiry you put our way is looked after from day 1 in the speediest fashion.

She loves a good networking event, so you’ll normally find her at one of these. She is our resident fitness fanatic, so you confidently be assured Natasha will turn up on time to meet you at your meetings or event. She is even running the London Marathon this year! Go Natasha.

Natasha’s key focus is developing a professional yet personable relationship to everyone she meets. So if you fancy a chin wag with a chatterbox you know who to speak to.

Sarah Holland – Head of Venue Reservations

And that leaves me. I’m Sarah and I am the Captain of this Venue Reservations ship. 6 weeks into the business, it already feels like home.

From Bristol originally (yes I do still have my Bristolian accent), I moved the big city to develop my career and put a stamp on London events scene. I bring with me extensive event knowledge and a true passion for this industry.

I LOVE creating that WOW factor for each of my clients when it comes to choosing the perfect venue for their event. Accompanied with our amazing catering packages, I can assure you that you will get that feeling from day 1 of your enquiry.

I am also the one in charge of making sure all listings in our venue finder contain information and venue details required for you to pick the ideal spot for your celebration or event, be it a conference, prom or birthday party.

My hot event venue in London is Tower Bridge. This venue has breath taking views of London and has that iconic presence in the industry. It certainly gives me the WOW factor every time I visit. Being a selfie Queen, I love that you can take a selfie on the glass floor walkways. Just don’t ask me to look down.
